At The Branded S, we work hard to make sure your order arrives quickly and safely. Please review our shipping policy below:

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after purchase.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Local Pickup (Optional)

  • Free in-store pickup is available at our store location. Select Local Pickup at checkout and we’ll notify you when your order is ready.

Delays

  • Please note that carrier delays (weather, peak holiday seasons, etc.) are outside of our control.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.
