Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means we accept returns on items for up to 30 days after the purchase date. No cash/card refunds will be issued. Store Credit Only.
You will be able to add this store credit to any future purchase at any time. Store credits do not expire.

To be eligible for an online return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that return shipping and handling is the customers responsibility and shipping charges on the original purchase will not be credited back to you. Exchange shipping is a flat rate of $7 and must be paid before we can ship the new item. It is recommended that the customer obtain tracking information to ensure that the item is returned back to us.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 7 days once you received your package if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
FINAL SALE ITEMS ARE NON-RETURNABLE.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food items), jewelry, and personal care goods (such as Lavender Thorne and beef tallow products).

We also do not accept returns for candles, wax melts, & room/linen sprays. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be given a store credit that can be used online or in store at any time. (cost of items only - original shipping cost will not be refunded)
